EXPEDITED COURIER GROUP
We developed a new brand and repackaged advertising and marketing products to generate a new image for the business. Having acquired and merged two existing courier businesses in the last five years, the company needed to eliminate confusion by unifying its public image, as well as its internal operations, in order to function as a single entity recognized and remembered by clients. To address this, we completely redeveloped a website with a modern and fresh look and feeling, and integrating additional navigation features such as quick quote and a contact us online modules.
We are also implementing an offline marketing campaign to reinforce the brand locally and on the East Coast. Expedited Courier Group has developed a new line of services customized to its clients’ needs. If well marketed, they have the potential to increase the businesses visibility. Because courier companies are constantly changing and updating the way they do business, we will start a new online publication to maintain the current and prospective customer base updated about these new services. |

is a non-profit based in Baltimore that operates a Health Clinic in Nicaragua. We completely redesigned the website and installed a Content Management System. We increased monthly visitors by 153% in six months. Donation increases by 23% in the first six months after the update.
